Responsible for technical management and implementation for two technical squads that focus on core app technologies, cloud services, and internal tooling within the company. Run the sprint planning meetings and help manage the tasks alongside a product leader for each project that the scrum squad is assigned. Also serve as the back-end engineer for both teams and own several core pieces of technology, such as the web registration, customer support tool, transaction services, and supporting pieces of our core API.

Optimized and improved the customer support tool to enhance its speed and capabilities by optimizing the SQL queries, tightening its security, and adding proper React/Redux technologies to the front-end. Built the company's Web Registration in React/Redux from scratch and integrated it with the back-end. Inherited the Cloud services and helped to release the Greenlight 2.0 app, specifically focusing on the back-end allowance improvements, savings goals, parent dashboard, and assisted rearchitecting the Android app to a Kotlin/MVI application. Served as a release lead and branch manager for the project's duration.
