Lead a team of product designers responsible for end-to-end digital experiences across all of T-Mobile's prepaid brands — Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile Prepaid, Assurance Wireless, and Connect by T-Mobile — spanning e-commerce and customer service channels.
• Manage team operations, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project prioritization to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Business, Marketing and Product stakeholders to implement design strategies aligning with OKRs across Prepaid digital channels.
• Partner with UX Research to embed iterative testing and user feedback into the design process, ensuring design decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
• Mentor and grow designers through targeted coaching and skill development, supporting individual career growth and team excellence.
• Promote design quality and consistency across products by facilitating critiques and leadership reviews.
• Advocate for design's strategic value across the organization by promoting user-centered thinking, iterative testing and competitive analysis.
