Support and maintain Java, Perl and C++ systems during transfer of Harris Connect clients to iModules platform, while working on projects to help synchronize data between external (NetSuite, Jira) and internal systems (customer profile system) at iModules.

Created work flow process for synchronizing NetSuite project information with custom built authorization system via web services.

Developed load testing email web hook handler in C# and Node.js.

Create and enhance batch software systems to process customer data feeds.

Enabled generic use of Electronic Data Submission system for loading multiple customer's data in one load file.

Built eligibility calculation system to load customer takeover data, to replace manual process.

Designed and developed numerous large end user systems including Email Marketing, Data on Demand reporting system and the Administration Center. Responsible for performance enhancements across multiple systems for better overall user experience.

Development of Member Profile System for system of record for AT&T's internet customers. Maintained and enhanced Prodigy web mail and back end email system.
