As a Designer/Manager, I worked on the messaging, scheduling and enterprise products. I collaborated with engineers to help set the product direction, priorities, and execution plan. In addition to the product and design work, I also grew the design team, created a new design system and established user research process at Crew.

As a Product Designer here, I worked on the Growth, Mobile, Consumer and Professional teams to help bring the company vision to life and improve the experience of our users. In addition to the design work, I also contributed to the hiring and onboarding process of product designers, design managers, product managers and user researchers and helped the design team evolve from 3 to 30.

I worked closely with engineers to design several features to help improve the experience of using the Gotham platform, a data analysis software to help fight difficult problems such as cyber security, human trafficking, financial fraud etc.
