Lab Manager:

Currently managing operations of Meta R & D labs in multiple locations on a day-to-day basis. Supporting construction and development of new hardware development labs, tool acquisition such as R&S, Keysight hardware and scripts as needed. Negotiated pricing contracts with test equipment vendors, procure parts for the lab, inventory & budget management. Worked with app developers to build customize and setup new lab access/scheduling application and inventory management application. Set up test stations for engineers to perform testing remotely. Working with Verizon, ATT and other carriers to identify device test requirements. Outsource tests to authorized test labs. Worked at different levels to strategically plan and prioritized schedules and meet milestone. Communicate updates to leadership team, the engineers and all the other stakeholders.

Lab Operations Manager:

Managed all aspects of the Tech M Verizon device certification lab. Primary responsibilities were, program management, engineering resource management, lab test scheduling and budget management. Provided device certification quotations to customers based on the device capability and/or TECC. Tool acquisition such as R&S hardware and scripts as needed. Negotiated pricing contracts with test equipment vendors. Worked with Verizon to identify/resolve device specification/TECC issues. Outsourced tests to other labs when the needed tests were not supported by Tech M lab. Worked closely with customers, to identify test requirements and provided needed support. Performed annual employee reviews and provided guidance.

• Established a new lab for Verizon devise verification.

Ensure to achieve all weekly objectives by consistently conducting meetings with the team. Identify project requirements to effectively manage resources, resulting in controlling costs and improving efficiency. Streamline testing process by assigning tasks to relevant team leads and engineers. Hold concurrent responsibility for managing budget & expenses and preparing program schedule to ensure Upgradation of dashboards on time. Mitigate any issues faced during work through active supervision of and collaboration with cross functional team. Improve business efficiency by carrying out monthly and quarterly business analysis. Implement processes and methodologies for respective program for Sample & parts tracker, master build plan, distribution network, logistics optimization & marketing sample plan.

Product Manager/Carrier Requirements Manager

Partner with global R&D teams on projects for device manufacturers and carriers to develop and launch new products. Ensure alignment with carrier requirements and Statement of Compliance (SoC). Accountable for project planning, schedules, scope of requirements, milestone reporting, and gap analysis. Continuously dialogue with customer to clarify requirements for development organization. Provide carrier input into internal platform selections and product/portfolio planning. Negotiate resource allocation during technical acceptance cycles.

Key Accomplishments:

• Drove new feature development and changes for carriers resulting in new revenue streams.

• Identified potential device configuration issues and maintain compliance matrix and mid/long-term roadmaps for all carrier customers.

Strategic management and development of field interoperability testing processes (Verizon, ATT, TMUS, SPCS & ACG FIT), from the initial product development and testing stages through to product sign-off and launch.

Additional duties include the resolution of complex technical issues / investigations, preparation of technical documentation / performance reports and budget management. I recruited and developed a top-performing team, including c. 18 Field Engineers and a large-scale technical support team.

• Drove cost savings / reduced approval process times via effective negotiation of test cases and test markets for FIT / GFIT
