Load Balancer for IBM Cloud:

• Currently working on key components for the next generation load balancer offering as a full stack developer

• Been a part of the entire lifecycle of the existing offering of the service from design to deployment

• Developed a major portion of the web UI for the service

Virtual Private Network (VPN) for IBM Bluemix:

• Developed key components for VPN service on IBM Bluemix for IBM’s container and VM cloud

Network Security Groups (NSG) for IBM Bluemix:

• Developed web UI for the service

• Built the automation infrastructure to extensively study the performance of security groups in Openstack for OVS and worked on proposals for improving the same.

• Worked on proposals and proof of concepts to secure traffic across various IBM clouds using NSG.

IBM firewall appliance:

• Designed and developed zone-based firewall virtual appliance with HA infrastructure and packaged it for VMWare, KVM and Docker platforms.

• Implemented FWaaS driver to integrate IBM firewall appliance with OpenStack and service chained it with IBM SDN-VE.

Tutored and graded undergraduate students for the course C programming (COP 3233).

Worked on adding new networking features (TRILL) to ExtremeXOS, a mature Linux-based modular networking operating system. Developed major portion of the ExtremeXOS CLI for TRILL and integrated it with the backend.

Worked as a part of ISS (Intelligent Switching system), a multi-functional software framework providing Layer 2 switching, IP v4 and v6 routing, QOS and Security.
