On Samsung's IoT side, I am designing experiences that span across hubs, devices, appliances, voice, phones, tablets and much more. I think and deliver high-fidelity (UI and Visual design), end-to-end ideas for iOS and Android. From on-boarding to migration flows. I have the privilege of working with product managers, cloud engineers, hardware engineers, to front-end and back-end engineers.

2013-2015:

Product experience design for QuickBooks which includes customer interviews, journey mapping, visual concept development and end-to-end designs flows. I have designed and impacted the 2015 and 2016 product experience. In-product discovery and Enterprise subscription designs have also been a focus for me.

User experience design for www.symantec.com, m.symantec.com, social media areas like Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Youtube for Symantec.

I've been a part of many projects and teams which have paved the way for arenas like mobile, responsive design, browser policies and accessibility.

I have also had the privilege of working for both the Consumer (Norton) and Enterprise side.

Most of my high-profile projects have included usability testing, quality assurance and prototypes. My work always included a hands-on end-to-end design cycle (requirements, research, sketching, comping, spec work/markups for development, localization, quality assurance, launch and polishing). Brand consistency and standardization is a must.

I worked for the Mobile Group to redesign and enhance their mobile site. I documented the user flows in order to identify design enhancements I initiated for development.

I also worked with the Broadband Group to design for the FIFA site and form flows. I created documentation for site maps and form flows.
