Part of a newly formed tech transformation organization aiming to modernize the bank's technology stacks, processes, and cultures. My focus was around DevSecOps, CI/CD, container orchestration, and secure Cloud Landing Zone.

Expanding coverage beyond web engineering while remaining hands-on, I led a team to build a PaaS platform which enables the firm's DevOps and Cloud adoption initiative.

After my experience in the security space, I transitioned into the web engineering team and led a complete renovation of the IBM WebSphere hosting platform to enable a multi-year hosting stack consolidation program that resulted in multi-million dollars save in H/W, licensing, and operational cost. I oversaw integration with the Akamai CDN and assumed ownership of the vendor relationship. I was promoted to Vice President at the end of 2015 and stepped up to become a team lead.
