Became a full-time Broadcom employee when they acquired VMware in November 2023.

• Working on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) which is a unified solution that brings together different aspects of data center virtualization such as compute (vCenter/vSphere), networking (NSX), storage (VSAN) and the ESXi hosts and their logical abstractions such as clusters and domains.

• Engineering for the software defined data center (SDDC) model. Developed guardrails for verifying various components of an environment such as network topology, datastore allocation, version compatibility checks etc. before conversion of a compute cluster into a VCF instance, as a part of the brownfield import feature.

• Automated deletion of service accounts for alignment of SSO domains when an ELM ring breaks.

• Recipient of VMware Cloud Solutions Excellence Award for exemplary engineering skills and for delivering cutting edge solutions.

• Engineered the backend cloud service which manages provisioning, lifecycle management, and deprovisioning for VMC on OEM (Equinix Metal) deployments, including day 0 (purchase), day 1 (initial setup), and day 2 (upgrades and lifecycle management) operations.

• Added APIs and asynchronous workflows for idempotent workflows which handles security, initialization of AWS and internal resources such as hosts, clusters and their IAM / security, etc. for a new customer deployment. Developed on and orchestrated multiple worker microservices each operating on individual pieces of deployment.

• Performed thorough integration testing. Engaged with PMs and sales reps to do multiple deep dives on the product and worked in cross functional environments by contributing to code bases outside of team's ownership.

• Additionally, I ramped up on VMC on Dell which is a flagstaff VMware cloud product on Dell metal.

• Added new features and addressed customer outages, deployment issues and handled SRs during on call rotations. Extensively worked on kubernetes to monitor, restart / redeploy pods and triaged CI/CD issues.

• Piloted OAuth integration and developed new gateway services in line with OOP principles.
