Outlook Design Collective

For close to a decade now I have immersed myself in all parts of Outlook from large screen to tablet and mobile with the goal of helping people connect, organize, and get things done (while having a sense of security and belonging).

• Currently focusing on Triage and Communication features and envisioning within Outlook.

• Lead tablet design strategy and vision for Outlook mobile.

• Designed and prototyped deeper integrations of Calendar features within Outlook mobile scenarios to delight users 'on the go'.

• Completely redesigned OWA calendar peeks, meetings, and forms for transition to react codebase.

• Created framework components and experience pattern systems to be utilized by designers across the organization.

• Established and manage the overall creative direction and developed the visual design language (multiple themes) to be used by all Caradigm applications.

• Designed an expansive and cohesive visual “toolkit” of controls, modules, and navigation elements which I maintain and partner with development to build to spec.

• Act as a sole designer on applications as well as mentor and collaborate with the UX team to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.

• Work with numerous product and development teams (U.S. and abroad) to ensure UX design bars are met, to ensure design consistency across products, as well as to negotiate priority and act as the voice of UX.
