1) Built and published a company wide style guide (consists of 27+ components and design patterns+ Human Interface Guidelines). Currently leading the creation and maintenance of the Stratasys software platform design system.

2) Working closely with developers to implement the pattern library in the design system to make the style guide usable by all stakeholders (Designers, Developers and Product Owners)

3) Co-owning and enhancing UX workflows across multiple software products of the platform products (GrabCAD Print, Shop, Control and Marketing website)

4) Mentored 2 junior level UX designers to build and maintain a web style guide for grabcad.com

5) Leading cross functional collaboration between teams in varying timezones (UK+US+Estonia) to adopt the new style guide for alignment across all the platform products.

6) Worked very closely with the corporate marketing team to align the branding to W3C accessibility guidelines. Initiated, redesigned and shipped a new website in May 2023.

7) Working closely with designers on the team to re-establish a fresh UX Research framework using JIRA Product Discovery to streamline customer-centric approach within the team.

8) Fostered team growth/culture by defining collaboration processes, feedback loops, testing and best practices within the team in the last 1 year.

9) Lead the design for shipping basic to pro version of our core software (GrabCAD Print). Shipped 3 core features and developing first time pro user on-boarding guide within the product for the project.

10) Envisioning future proof system strategies for easier collaboration between developers and designers using Figma auto-layout, component variants and easy discoverability of designs.

• Led several product development design projects across Touchplan mobile and web application in an Agile team.

• Collaborated with product designers and product managers in a fast-paced data driven environment to define product requirements, define the visual experience and advocate for the best customer experience.

• Provided UI implementation support to front-end team via embedded engineering environments, identified and reported bugs at different stages of the feature development.

• Collaborated with the UX Lead to establish a UX pattern library with standard design tool widgets for all material patterns incorporated to date and Touchplan developed UX components to assure consistency between design and implementation.

• Conducted user interviews and usability tests to get customer feedback on various features of the product across platforms.

• Worked with developers to design a brand new authentication workflow in collaboration with external third party apps.

• Communicated questions to the UX team to get clarity on the functioning of the product, understand feature specs and best design practices.

• Collaborated with developers and product managers to design a SaaS (FinTech) web product right from its inception stage.

• Evaluated customer feedback and create design blueprints, empathy maps, and service prototypes addressing customer pain points.

• Conducted qualitative research analysis to identify problems and develop feasible design solutions addressing user requirements.

• Worked with Agile, Lean, and with JIRA process.
