Disney Streaming is a streaming platform with a wide library of on-demand shows and movies from Disney's many brands. Since November 2019, the service has amassed more than 164 million subscribers.

Hulu (Pre Merger + Ad-tier Launch)

• Led design for HARPS (Hulu Ads & Revenue Payment Services), supporting Disney Streaming's ad monetization infrastructure that grew to process $787M in Disney+ ad revenue in its first year (2023)

• Facilitated alignment sessions between previously siloed teams, establishing unified workflows that reduced redundancies while maintaining regulatory compliance

At Designed.org I serve as a design mentor, and volunteer as a Product Designer on the Design Systems team alongside of world-class designers working at top-tier companies.

Redesigned the PruForce sales pipeline to handle retirement workflows at scale. Analyzed agent sales calls to identify UI bottlenecks and implemented fixes that reduced lead-to-close time by over 30%. Integrated compliance forms directly into the workflow, decreasing manual paperwork by 18% while maintaining regulatory coverage.

Unioncrate is an AI supply chain platform that helps CPG brands become free from inaccurate predictions, manual processes, and wasted capital. Unioncrate is the powerhouse behind companies like Kraft Heinz, Spindrift, Fishin Co., and BOU.

I led the redesign efforts for Demand Planning AI, Operations Management, & collaborated with engineering to build the first ever Unioncrate Design System.
