Product design lead, executed end to end high monetization projects for Google’s “Discover” feed from inception to noteworthy success (0-1).
• Owned and managed Discover Ads project that went from 0 to $1B+ ARR in 3 years.
• Launched 21 new ad formats + framework changes driving a ~136% (cummulative) revenue increase through purely UI/UX changes.
• Drove design direction for a new content grouping framework, enabling 5 feature teams’ needs.
• Worked cross-PA redesigning Discover’s design system increasing top-line metrics.
• Crafted creative guidelines for Discovery Campaigns and implemented them across diverse stakeholders, reducing scammers and clickbait ads from 20% to less than 1%.
