• Collaborated within the Data Science and Product Management Recruiting team to hire mid-senior-director level Data Scientists within AI, ML, and Product Managers for high priority Product teams throughout the organization,

• Mentoring other sourcers and recruiters within the team as well as acted as an Onboarding guide for new sourcers

• Negotiated offers with Candidates to win them over from top tech companies within the industry

• Managed many projects and initiatives throughout the organization, which lead to organizational change

• Lead, owned, and launched a project pilot of a new Data Science Referral Process within Data Science

• Created prep materials for all the sourcers and recruiters within the DS organization on the new interview process

• Took ownership and initiative over the guidance, implementation and presentation of Advanced Sourcing classes and materials for new sources and recruiters, which was then implemented within an organization wide masterclass.

• Lead the initiative and collaborated within a small team on project in creating a Prep video for all candidates. Collaborated with Legal team, a third party video production team, and the DS organization. This video will have millions of views over the next few years

• Conducted Lead generation for the Product design organization, Instagram organization, and others

• Conducted Talent mapping for the DS/DE/PM Organization

• Conducting Diversity Sourcing and strategizing to reach top diverse talent

• Creating Boolean string strategies to find and gain candidates

• Training and prepping candidates for interviews

Works closely and collaboratively with the CTO to determine needs, priorities, and processes for the technical recruiting department. Created and implemented the interview process for each position. Leads the initiative to reach the technical talent in the San Francisco Bay Area and Cleveland/Akron area by sourcing, interviewing, and closing out candidates. Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships while walking them through the interview process. Hired Full-Stack Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineer, Program Managers, Implementation Specialists, Integration Engineers, Director of Engineering, Product Support analyst, and many more technical positions with a closing ratio of currently 36/1. Set compensation and handle the distribution of offer letters to the candidates. Schedule coordination of phone interviews and onsite interviews between the interviewers and the candidates. Coordinate with HR for air travel and hotel stay for the candidates. Help with on-boarding. Also, hired and trained an onsite technical recruiter for the Cleveland office.
