• Enhanced reliability of ocean inventory by designing an inventory management SaaS tool with real-time visibility into shipments & bookings, thus enabling easier error handling for fulfillment operators

• Boosted productivity in placing bookings by redesigning the carrier booking workflow through extensive interviews, journey mapping, ideation and testing with booking operators

• Improved efficiency in strategizing business for procurement operators by designing a new tool on the core platform to track all carriers’ performance in releasing promised container space

• Reduced interactions needed to capture, track and use special rate codes from carriers by designing a new tool on the core platform for the procurement and booking operators

• Initiated designing the vision of Flexport’s supply by studying interconnected standalone products such as Inventory, Schedules, and Container rate to ensure efficient supply related decision making

Streamlined the process of automatic microscope data transfer & download by interviewing scientists, identifying business goals and user pain points, and designing a web application (Bootstrap UI) with sound interaction design, information architecture, visual design & iterated upon after usability testing.

Advocated to secure ‘user management’ and 'group management' for the developer community by designing a security middleware called Custos as part of Apache Airavata open source platform with a focus on interaction and visual design patterns.

responsive website portals and style guides (React Material UI) to attract

donors & aspiring soldier students to enroll in educational summer camps.
