Drove build-vs-buy product decisions, integrating vendors including EHR, insurance and revenue cycle management, while creating early platform infrastructure using no-code and low-code tools.
Led product strategy pivot from D2C to B2B, adapting the product for enterprise use case, resulting in a $6M ARR contract value partnership with the largest hospital in New York.
Partnered with Revenue Cycle Management leaders and vendors to align and optimize care delivery models with medical billing and coding to meet revenue goals.
