Supporting VP, Reality Labs & AI Partnerships.

The team leads strategic partnerships for Meta, in areas like telco, music, gaming, messaging, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR and the Metaverse. Closely working with product teams to support the development and go-to-market strategies for hardware, software platforms, and immersive experiences.

Lead Admin, who provides high-level support to executives, mentors and guides admins, helping onboard new team members and fostering a collaborative culture. Acting as a key communication link between leadership and the admin team, ensuring information flows smoothly and operational processes run efficiently. Driving alignment, sharing best practices, and supporting the execution of business goals across the org.

Supporting both VP of Global Partnerships and Director, Content Business Development & Strategy.

The global org is responsible for partnerships and content business functions across video, entertainment, sports, music, news, creator publishing and monetization, and groups/communities across Meta platforms. Serving partner ecosystems, and bringing new product innovation and business opportunities to partners, including consumer entertainment and community products (Reels, Stories, Watch, Live, Groups) and partner monetisation portfolio (In-Stream Ads, Subscriptions, Branded Content, Stars, and Charitable Giving).

Supporting both the President, Global Digital Real Estate and Global Head of Transformation. Strategically managing time across offices in America & internationally. Along with traditional EA duties covering extensive diary management/future planning, inbox management, expense reporting & stakeholder management.

Complex travel coordination and logistics. Careful use of time setting meetings with key stakeholders within the various business entities of Newscorp and managing Board meetings and requirements.

Supporting the Chief Engineer and Group Technology teams who are responsible for providing the technology and data platforms underpinning REA's products, services and operations. Teams distributed across Global Infrastructure and Architecture, Security, Enterprise Technology & Data Services.

Helping coordinate Tech Community Programs such as Women in Tech initiatives, to improve gender diversity programs within REA Group (Springboard to Tech & Accelerated Leadership Development). Liaising with large scale tech conferences within Australia as an REA ambassador; YOW!, Voxxdays, DevOpsDays, Compose & TConf.

Executive Assistant to Chief Digital Officer and Digital leadership team. Assisting across a large scale transformation to implement agile working teams and a new operating model. Lead coordinator on various digital projects from communication platforms and tech community events.
