Ride Report is a startup focused on helping cities managed shared micro mobility programs. I led the technical teams responsible for designing and building the most impactful customer facing features and the corresponding backend data aggregation systems to support these features.

• Advocated for and led a team of engineers to develop and ship a privacy protecting data pipeline for visualizing geospatial route data, leading to a significant increase in contract sales.

• Designed and led the implementation of the reporting and metrics ETL pipeline.

• Identified and led projects to address customer needs around data backfilling and metric generation to support future scaling needs.

• Responsible for third party feed integrations and working to address partner data feed issues.

• Worked directly with customers to better understand needs and identify product solutions to best utilize limited engineering resources.
