Combining location and site health metrics with sentiment data to optimize Headcount (HC) Planning, which encompasses both short-term and long-term HC strategies based on key indicators such as attrition, net level progression, and transfers enabling company leaders to make informed decisions on growth and effectiveness goals. Corporate workforce goals including budget, growth, real estate, job level, diversity, organizational health, and feasibility of new and existing employee growth strategies.
• Automated attrition forecasting with 93%+ accuracy YoY for 2 years and 94% accuracy in 2022 using multiple Python models; quarterly and monthly automated forecasts achieved 95%+ accuracy and 95% accuracy in 2022.
• Diversity forecasting of total company and leadership goals aligned with 50 in 5 and 30 in 5.
• Streamlined HC Planning through the development of an application that automates hiring targets, seniority mix, level and location HC plans, and attrition forecasting. Provided Headcount Forecast plans: 10yr multi-scenario, 5yr financial budget, and 1yr tactical forecasts.
