I’ve been a key contributor to the modernization of MyE-Verify, E-Verify, and the launch of E-Verify+—public-facing USCIS applications built with USWDS and WCAG/508 accessibility standards. I partner closely with product owners and cross-functional pod teams to deliver implementation-ready designs, support usability research, prepare UAT workflows, ensure accessibility compliance, and drive iterative approvals through launch.

At Perkins Coie, a Fortune 100 law firm with 21 offices globally, I helped scale the in-house design function from a small team into a department supporting global needs. My work spanned rebrands, digital platforms, campaigns, and high-profile client proposals.

– Helped to launch StartupPerColator, an award-winning platform for the Emerging Company & Venture Capital group that raised the firm’s profile with startups.
