Leading the UX/UI/Tech Experience Design Team primarily working on Halo Infinite, while also supporting the Halo Franchise.

Manage a team of 4-6 Designers. Partnering closely with Production and partner teams including Engineering, Community, Consumer Products, Halo Infinite game teams, D&I efforts and much more. Picking up the Producer role when necessary to move projects along and based on overall team capacity. Focused on setting the team up for success through communication, process, and autonomy.

Managed a team of 6-8 Designers, while also filling in for a Senior Producer. Grew the team and encouraged creative ideas and execution.

Leading the experience design (UX, UI, UR, and Content Creation) of future projects. Managing 3-5 designers. #GoTeam!
