I led and delivered high-impact projects like introducing crypto as a payment method to Shopify. As a senior crafter, I set the direction for the team and beyond by shaping concepts for highly ambitious, long-term projects and working closely with leadership to align on the vision.

I collaborate with others on core features and functionalities in the Shopify Point of Sale app. These features create the foundation for the experiences we provide to our merchants.

The team I'm on also maintains and evolves one of Shopify's local design systems called Polaris for Retail. We provide tools and documentation so that others can build the experiences they want to build. We collaborate with most of the teams in Retail on contributing back to and evolving the system.

I'm also very passionate about mentorship and helping others grow in their craft. I provide support and feedback in 1:1 or group settings and collaborate with managers on identifying areas of opportunity for their teams. Most recently I helped create and establish a now company wide UX mentorship program.
