Development of end-to-end AI/ML solutions and platforms for risk, including:

• AI safety & LLM guardrails - Led ML planning, design, and execution for the company's AI risk platform, including developing the platform while supporting high-visibility, high-QPS AI products, and owning the most critical guardrail model

• Physical safety ML - Led or advised 6 generations of executive-reviewed ML risk models, model ensembles, and systems across 5 risk products over 5 years, and created and owned the safety DNN development framework used by all safety ML practitioners

• ML platform / infrastructure - Cocreator of the company's innersource framework for sharing ML code libraries and examples, adopted by hundreds of ML practitioners in its first year. Led virtual teams and developed platforms and tools for ML productivity, feature importance, feature discovery, and efficient feature backfills, earning multiple tech excellence awards and presenting to the CTO and in company forums and multi-company forums

Stemmable was a self-funded business that built and scaled B2B SaaS products. The products had 5- to 6-figure ARR and 5-15% MoM revenue and customer growth.

• Managed a team that owned the company's foundational data, on which all of Entelo's five core products depended

• Our team owned 6TB of continuously-updated data ingested from dozens of sources via multiple data pipelines, industry-leading real-time entity resolution across 2 billion identities, and other data products and integrations

• Led a redefinition of the company's staff engineer level description and expectations, and hired the company's first staff engineer into this updated position

• Supported the team in significantly exceeding one of the tech org's top-level business metric KRs for which we were solely responsible with only one quarter of effort

During my three IC positions, I was the tech lead of four teams (sequentially) with diverse responsibilities, including multiple products, data engineering/foundational data, and technical partnerships. I also:
