Teaching Assistant for Data Structures & Algorithms (CS1332)
• Lead classroom discussions by co-teaching a weekly Data Structures and Algorithms class in Java to supplement lectures
• Gain extensive debugging experience while grading weekly homework assignments, checking for time and space efficiency and providing helpful feedback for students to learn important implementation details
• Hold 3-hour weekly office hours open to help with homework, exam preparation and technical issues on an individual basis
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated TAs, and Professor Hudacheck Buswell to devise strategies to simplify essential computing fundamentals like Hash Maps, AVL trees, Graph algorithms for the 1000+ students each semester
