Responsible for software architecture, design, development, as well as infrastructure and devops, for six applications/systems in a cloud (AWS) environment. My applications are written in Java and AngularJS, and use MySQL and several AWS services. I have also built a system for automated management of certificates and proxying, with SSL termination, to support our growing list of customers with vanity domains.

Designed and implemented software for the Factiva platform using Java and Spring Boot.

As Lead Software Engineer on the Cloud Solutions Engineering team for the Personal Cloud product, I configure, customize, and deploy distributed software components for several large customers, using technologies like Java, Tomcat, Spring, JMS, Oracle, and EC2, along with Bamboo, Confluence, and Jira.

I designed and implemented RESTful web services for mobile Hook'd application, using a number of AWS services. Handled authentication and authorization, DB schemas, receipt validation and content unlocking for single purchases and recurring subscriptions, product catalog management, database reports, and integration with several third-party services.

I also wrote several components for an Android-based client, including a video upload service (and associated state machine) and a ContentProvider-based application activity and notification subsystem.
