I develop algorithms which process data from GPS bike computers into useful metrics for a broad variety of end users from novices to world champions.

• Researched, designed, and implemented a full aircraft state estimator to enable testing of GPS independent navigation algorithms. Estimator fused noisy and latent measurements from multiple sensors to estimate aircraft position, velocity, and orientation.

• Developed a new interface to the autopilot system to enable position measurements from non-GPS sources.

Master's research project included the development, implementation, and testing of a machine-learning and computer vision based localization algorithm for drones.
