Tribe Gaming is an industry leader in mobile video game esports, talent management and custom content and creative production. I directly supported the CEO in leading company-wide strategic business initiatives.

• Strategic Director for Reserved Media (6M+ annual revenue stream): Led efforts to monetize 40 mobile gaming influencer channels in 20+ countries by directly selling YouTube Reserved Media to new and existing clients - resulted in a 700% increase in monthly profits for business unit

• Established company-wide Talent Mapping to enable department leaders at tribe to provide skill-based performance coaching across all roles and levels

• Developed core business processes across departments to ensure consistent and efficient high quality work

I directly reported to the VP of Infrastructure Engineering as a Business Program Manager. My role was to develop and run key programs focused on employee growth and development, career and DEI and support the VP from a headcount perspective.

I manage a team of Global Operations Incubation Specialists that develop new policies and scaled human review process to mitigate emerging Civic Abuse on Facebook and Instagram. This includes monitoring viral trends, investigating networks of inauthentic accounts and anticipating new risks related to world events that could impact the Facebook and Instagram community. Scope of work includes company-wide priorities for Elections and COVID19.

I built and led the Global Market Operations Election Program at Facebook. Global Markets are responsible for providing the language and cultural expertise in support of Facebook's global community by providing risk analysis and performing scaled enforcement for Facebook's Community Standards and Ads Policies. In this role I led Global Market teams in the development and execution of Election Integrity strategies.
