• Orchestrating movement within the greater Montefiore network, including but not limited to -inpatients, ER, private clinics and out of network facilities.

• Collaboration with clinical healthcare staff to ensure timely delivery of patient care.

• Provide support for surface level software issues ( EPIC, Microsoft suite, and Centricity )

• Manage and assists a small team with day to day activity in a results focused environment
