Responsible for North American Project Management leadership for Ericsson's North American corporate real estate team providing oversight to the outsourced project management service provider for North America. Driving implementation of program, project and project portfolio management best practices across an integrated service provider team in collaboration with regional Ericsson sites ensuring that Ericsson program delivery project requirements are delivered to the highest standards of service. Providing in-house subject matter expertise advisory in the development and application of best-in-class project portfolio management practices to ensure consistency in process, people development and technology applications in support of company internal and external customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
