Helped created an AI-powered education and wellness app, transforming traditional learning models into a personalized, student-focused experience. This journey involved deep collaboration with a vision team, consisting of another product designer, a creative director, and a product owner. Our goal was to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for broader testing in university settings.
Key Contributions and Innovations:
Led user research in education, AI, and wellness, laying the groundwork for the app’s design and functionality. Conducted competitive analysis and led brainstorming workshops, shaping the app's direction and user experience. Designed user flows to depict daily user interactions, culminating in a pivotal presentation during the client sprint week in San Diego, attended by 60 team members from WORK x Human Systems. Collaborated with AI and development teams to ensure the feasibility and practical implementation of our vision. Focused on creating an MVP to facilitate early testing and gather user feedback from a larger audience at universities.
The App's Unique Features:
Our app stands out as a holistic learning platform, powered by an AI platform that dynamically evolves with learner needs. It offers personalized learning experiences, wellness feedback, and real-time assessments, all integrated within a beautifully designed interface.
My Role and Expertise:
Throughout this project, my role involved ensuring that the app's design was user-centric, intuitive, and responsive to the unique needs of each learner. I worked closely with the team to bring this innovative vision to life, ensuring each feature was thoughtfully crafted and aligned with our goal of redefining education and wellness.
This project showcases my skills in user-centered design, user research, UX/UI design, and product management. It represents a significant step forward in integrating technology and empathy to create impactful educational experiences.

Finish building out the MOTI mobile app as well as help design & build their new desktop app. Help with design system creation, setup & implementation. Education to other MOTI designers on my process / workflow.
MOTI uses video chat as a medium for conducting multiple types of services and transactions. MOTI needed a product designer to assist them in finishing build out their updated "re-launch" of their mobile app, as well as help them in taking their existing product / branding and create a desktop app, which was requested heavily by their users. We knew this because MOTI has a "Send Feedback" option within their app. This allowed us to be able to see the feedback they had been receiving from users over the past few years.
As always I started by auditing their current state of their mobile product, finding areas of value that could be tackled during the creation of the desktop app. This ensures that we not only cover the entirety of the mobile app, but allows small updates throughout to help create a better UX. Matching this with the feedback from their users made for a perfect path forward in knowing what to design, and more, what to tackle first.
Collaborated with the other designers to ensure each of us were all on the same page in regards to component updates / creation, workflow, design handoff. Educated the team on the use / implementation of an 8px grid to ensure cohesive structure on each screen from mobile up to desktop. Worked with other designers on reorganizing & creating a solid design system for both products as well as help update / organize their current Figma file, instilling best practices & organization techniques to better prepare them for an even bigger / more complex product in the future.
As always, ensured that every instance was design for (empty states, error states, fringe paths, etc.) Also prototyped every flow to show animations / interactions & their respected timings.

Collaborate with multiple internal departments to create a suite of apps (Payments App, Builder App, Credit App) allowing builders, lenders, and general contractors to better manage their construction jobs digitally. Set up and run user interviews to find pathways forward for content / feature creation.
I began by conducting an initial audit of their products, as I do with each of my clients. This initial step allows me to gauge the current state of their product from a personal and professional standpoint. During this phase, I recorded my screen while navigating through each screen, vocalizing my initial thoughts and reactions to what I observed. This approach mirrors how I conduct some of my user interviews, where I encourage users to voice their thoughts aloud as they interact with the product. This helps us gain deeper insights into the user's perspective and pinpoint what's working well and where improvements are needed.
Next, I reached out to the CX team to obtain a list of builders, lenders, and general contractors in their system who had previously engaged with our chat system and email. This allowed us to identify individuals for interview purposes. In each interview, I posed a series of questions, covering topics related to the specific flow or sprint we were focusing on, as well as more general inquiries about their overall product experience. Collaborating with CX and conducting these user interview sessions enabled us to uncover common themes across multiple interviews, shedding light on areas that required attention, whether in the form of new features or addressing product frustrations expressed by users.

Build both a mobile app (vehicle inspection tool) and a web app (scan/data analysis tool). Create and manage / maintain design systems for clients: Lexus/Toyota US, Mercedes-Benz UK, Volvo UK, KBC Bulgaria. Set up and run user interviews to find pathways forward for the design team.
Ravin uses computer vision and deep learning to detect and monitor vehicle condition leveraging mobile phones and standard CCTV cameras. Ravin was needing a product designer to take lead of the new US clients and I was brought on. Responsible for the creation of three mobile applications (UI/UX as well as design system creation, maintenance), and the UI/UX of Ravin's back-end scan analysis tool (Ravin Eye). Worked remotely with two other designers from the UK, a product manager from Spain, developers in the UK and data scientists from Israel. Responsible for the creation of internal company tool (Ravin Eye). Conducted internal and external user interviews to find areas of frustration/improvement for both our internal and external products. Worked alongside Toyota's factory team, running 2 week sprints at a time. Each handoff required a fully functional clickable prototype with animation timings/transitions and requirements for developers for implementation. Took weekly trips to auto auction houses/auction yards, dealerships to use our mobile app to conduct vehicle scans to see first hand how our product worked. Used Figma and Miro to design/collaborate. Used Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams for communication.
Successfully soft-launched our mobile vehicle inspection app into 50 Lexus/Toyota stores in the US, and 38 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the UK in 2021. Now, fully launching to many more dealerships/locations in 2022.
