• Solved problems quickly and sustainably during several urgent incidents:

• Wrote a database restore script during an incident where 800 customer’s databases

were accidentally deleted. Saved the company about a week of time that would

otherwise be spent restoring each customer manually.

• Built a system to distribute credentials in a secure manner after a critical security

incident where credentials were misused.

• Created a system to automatically determine and assign code ownership to folders and

files in a codebase with approximately 40,000 files.

• Created an automated system to detect and clean up stale feature flags using static

analysis.

• Maintained a python tool to orchestrate the running of the Confluence product on

developer machines – vastly improving the reliability, speed and UX of the tool.

• Created and lead training sessions for new engineers for the behind-the-scenes of their

developer environment setup.
