• Design Levi’s e-commerce, mobile app(iOS/Android), and omnichannel experience. Selected projects include cart & checkout, favorites, and product listing & detail page redesign.

• Design Levi's online loyalty program for new user acquisition and retention. Successfully launched loyalty programs in the US and 7 countries in Europe.

• Collaborating with the cross-functional team to conduct usability studies and A/B testing. Leveraging user insights and web analytics to inform designs.

• Leading and mentoring other designers in the team.

• Create user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups and interactive prototype for financial enterprise web application and marketing website.

• Build design system and implement UI components to ensure UX consistency across FINRA’s product lines.
