CareMessage leverages technology (SMS messages) to help safety-net organizations fulfill the essential needs of underserved populations.
• Identified and synthesized project priorities and drafted a preliminary strategy for the expansion of languages from 2 to 10 languages to attenuate the effects of Limited English Proficiency on accessing healthcare services on our platform.
• Created an RFP to source language translation vendors and conducted a vendor selection process from about 5 language translation vendors.
• Proposed a data reporting strategy, including user interviews, and data prioritization framework, to identify and present data points that satisfy our customers' data needs.
• Conducted UX research for welcome messages to ensure our messages were compliant with industry standards.
