• Design features in the AWS Training and Certification web platform (http://aws.training) used by 100k+ customers and several business partners globally

• Currently leading the redesign of the entire platform, collaborating with the design team, and stakeholders for design critique, and development team in agile sprints

• Launched an internal training website used by 10k+ recruiters situated globally

• Launched an internal training landing page used by all (35k+) people managers across Amazon to access job related training and knowledge

• Designed and implemented front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) of both the websites, collaborating closely with the development team for backend implementation

• Conducted focus groups, user tests and post-launch surveys to iterate on the beta launch and incorporated feedback into the production launch

• Hired, managed and mentored 1 summer UX intern for 3 months, supervising her internship end to end
