• Collaborate with product management and marketing team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and overarching experience.
• Manage the entire design process from concept preparation to final artwork.
• Employed Design methodologies to design practical, functional and desirable digital services mapped with a customer’s business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, synthesis, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, personas, user stories and task flows, customer journeys, information architecture, heuristic evaluation, wireframes (paper/digital) prototyping and implementation.
• Conduct usability testing, UX audits after development and gather feedback,
• Attend daily stand-ups, design sprints, weekly demos to update the rest of the team and the stakeholders.
