• Proposed, designed, and built a data enhancement microservice (using AWS State Machines, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and DynamoDB) that utilizes an external API and is used by other internal microservices
• Implemented and continuously improved a modern Data Lake
• Aided in building a modern serverless daily reporting system using AWS State Machines and AWS Lambda on top of this Data Lake, replacing a legacy monolith reporting service
• Designed and implemented a set of Snowflake pipelines (in less than one month) for a visualization feature that immediately resulted in $250k of annual recurring revenue in the sales pipeline
• Shared my knowledge and expanded my own in the company’s internal Data Guild, Microservices Group, and API Guild
• Aided in the weekly release process, as part of the Release Squad
• Leveraged my experience to improve the performance of my team by mentoring less-experienced engineers and giving demos and talks to the wider company
