Led the Core team, where I managed 2 direct reports, defined the team's quarterly OKRs, and coordinated UXD resources. As an IC I strategized, designed and launched Looker’s self-onboarding experience and a tool that allowed BigQuery users to integrate Looker’s data into BigQuery.

Mentor 5 UX/UI Design students as they learn the fundamentals of UX/UI Design by working on a multiple projects. Meet with them weekly on 1:1 calls to provide feedback, career advise, set weekly tasks / goals, and assist with road blocks.

My students have given me an overall mentorship rating of 4.98/5.

• Led system architecture and UX design of Bosch compatible Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for the 2019 production car.

• Managed 2 junior designers on ADAS projects.

• Worked closely with 10 engineers to understand each ADAS feature's requirements and technical limitation.

• Define the architecture of the steering wheel hard buttons and it's interaction with the vehicle's multiple displays and sound/voice system.

• Performed co-creation research study with 30 potential buyers in Shanghai, China (e.g card sorting, paper prototype, usability studies).

• Experienced the growing pains as this Chinese startup expanded from 70 to over 1,200 employees within 1 year.

Led the UX architecture and design of in vehicle health feature, which was gesture controlled. Worked closely with QA engineers to test and prepare prototype for launch at CES 2018
