• Defined the strategy and rolled out incident management workflows to all 40+ Office client teams to drive a culture change where principles of running a service are applied
• Owned self service dashboard UX for a release orchestration system used across Office to release any product, to any location, to any audience including internal pre-releases and external public releases
• Applied strong communication skills to address customer requests and worked with partner teams to ensure on time response and on time delivery of fixes
• Identified opportunities through user studies and improved the UX for a bug triage tool such that action items are easily discoverable and users can accomplish tasks faster
Hackathon – Incident Management in Visual Studio Online (VSO)
• Designed and incorporated incident management workflow into VSO such that any team already in VSO can also manage their incidents in one toolset instead of having separate ones
• Eliminated the need for an engineer to context switch, which improved time to engage and time to mitigate incidents
