• Lead a cross-disciplinary team of hundreds of collaborators across design, engineering, product, and research to drive the UX strategy for Secure by Design, building consensus across the company to establish scalable practices and tooling for secure-by-design product development.
• Co-led the creation of the Secure Future Initiative (SFI) UX toolkit, adopted by over 22,000 employees and shared externally to support broader industry alignment on secure design practices.
• Launched programs to scale secure UX knowledge and adoption across the company, creating a networked model of influence, shared learning, and peer support.
• Pitched, defined the strategy for, and led the development of AI-powered tools and self-serve audit models to help teams identify security vulnerabilities earlier in the product lifecycle and elevate their secure design maturity.
• Delivered 50+ talks to more than 1,500 employees to build awareness, increase adoption, and align secure UX efforts across organizational boundaries.
• Led the vision, strategy, and launch of Microsoft Global Secure Access (2023), the company’s first Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution, creating unified protections for identity, access, and network connectivity and enabling scalable, cohesive enterprise experiences.
• Shipped core features across Microsoft Entra’s identity and network access product suite, including Conditional Access, External Identities, and cross-tenant administration.
• Serve as Responsible AI driver, supporting teams in applying RAI principles through tailored guidance, integrated tooling, and collaboration with central policy owners to align org-wide practices with day-to-day product work.
