Project: Skype

Responsibilities

• Together with an amazing team I work on modernizing the user experience of the app and implementation of Skype messaging functionality to achieve more engaged communications in calls and chats.

• Working with telemetry metrics and their improvements to validate the impact of the new features.

• On a Scrum master position increasing planning and transparency efficiency by applying best Agile practices.

Schoology is a learning management system for K-12 schools, higher institutions and corporations.

Responsibilities:

• In distributed team worked on students attendance and grades functionalities, improved UX and increased performance by migrating module to React.

• Increased accessibility level by following the accessibility standards WCAG 2.0. Worked with screen readers like VoiceOver and NVDA on a daily basis.

Project: Social media Customer Relationship Management system.

• Together with distributed team implemented application redesign, worked on styleguide extension and modification to increase common components usage.

• Implemented new functionality for managing/validating/publishing social media content to several networks.

Maxymiser was a global expert in multivariate testing, personalisation and cross optimisation solutions. Later merged with Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented A/B testing solutions for different technical projects.

• In cooperation with the business analytics team worked on formalizing and transferring requirements into technical tasks.

• Supervised development team, initiated different development practices.
