• Researched needs and designed infographics for HoloLens demo requirements to plan demos based on audience size and budget for the event. Currently they are used as the first touchpoint by teams across the OS platform and internal product teams for planning HoloLens demos from keynotes to sales pitches.
• Designed and evangelized a poster series to showcase ergonomic principles for factory. The principles helped and directly impacted a new hand gesture interaction on the HoloLens 2 and one of the principles was highlighted in the on boarding of the new device.
• Designed strategy for HoloLens 2 technology integration in first-party applications before its release, to prepare them for adapting these applications to the new technology.
• Led multiple collaborative brainstorm sessions for new technology integrations with the 5 teams across the Mixed-Reality organization.
• Led a prototyping experience in conjunction with a developer to demonstrate the use case of spatial understanding of the HoloLens 2 technology and its integration into Dynamics 365 Layout. The prototype demonstrated the ease of user experience and a reduction in on-boarding time for a user by 250%.
• Successfully led a team of interns consisting of 2 SWE and 1 PM to build a technical prototype to demonstrate the value of a new spatial understanding feature of HoloLens 2, before the device was released publicly.
• Mentored three University of Washington students through the research, design and development process of their final thesis project. Evangelized their work and findings to highlight the quality of their work and educate the rest of the organization.
• Presented a live demo of a HoloLens 2 application to a crowd of over 200 people at our all-hands in Aug 2019.
