This includes collaborating with User Experience and Delivery Leads to identify the work that needs to be done, breaking down the work into well-understood and playable user story cards that developers can complete, leading team refinement sessions related to the feature, and answering any questions related to the feature throughout the development process.

+ Assisted with software developer onboarding ("Artisan Deep Dives"), where I help introduce our software practices, such as test-driven development (TDD) and pair programming, to newly hired developers.

+ Lead workshops in React Native, JavaScript, and HTML for various groups, including a girl's coding camp in partnership with the Jefferson Forge and other volunteer efforts with Girls Who Code and Des Moines area schools.
