Served as the founding designer for a payroll management platform, where I established the design foundation and delivered key outcomes, such as user-centered workflows and high-fidelity designs for a system that allowed businesses to set up payroll, manage employees, process payments, and handle payroll compliance within a short time frame.

Additionally, I developed the initial design system, ensuring scalability and consistency as the product evolved. By collaborating closely with PMs and engineers, I facilitated a smooth handoff to the next designer, maintaining clarity and alignment for the product’s continued growth and success.

The platform offers best-in-class organizational insights to inform strategy, enabling users to track coaching progress with high levels of customization and AI-powered insights. This solution empowered businesses with actionable, data-driven information, resulting in a significant revenue improvement for EZRA.
