Worked remotely on a project for a non profit corporation focused on helping community members with holiday gifts & food needs. Responsible for redesigning their internal portal to allow it to gather and store member information & preferences.

Apple Inc needed to reorganize their internal B2B site content, so it would be less overwhelming and engage a growing mobile user base. Worked on multiple enterprise applications and completed Stakeholder interviews, established key audiences, built user personas, created scenarios, site maps, conducted UX research low and high-fidelity prototypes and developed wireframes and visual designs.

Responsible for redesign of client portal focused on pipeline bidding, pricing, allocation and other customer services. Conducted user research (scheduled interviews, eyeball tracking, created personas, task analysis, recommendations etc). Designed and deployed the entire application by creating HTML prototypes, visual designs and wireframes. I delivered comprehensive style guidelines, flowcharts and reports.
