As a Guest Advocate at Target, I support daily operations across multiple areas to ensure guests have a seamless and positive shopping experience. My role includes both customer-facing responsibilities and technical/operational support:

Assisting guests with purchases, returns, inquiries, and loyalty programs to deliver excellent customer service.

Operating as a cashier and managing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Monitoring and restocking all electronics, ensuring shelves remain organized and fully stocked.

Troubleshooting and fixing front-end systems, including cashier registers and bottle deposit machines.

Using Zebra handheld devices to organize, update, and track inventory in Target’s database.

Collaborating with team members to maintain store standards and meet daily operational goals.

This position has strengthened my technical troubleshooting, inventory management, and communication skills, while giving me valuable experience balancing customer service with operational efficiency.

Built and designed a website for Brooklyn College Esports and Gaming Club to attract more people at the campus and make registering for membership and competition easier.

Renovated and developed a community church website to advertise and welcomes people to the featured church.

Assist radiology technologists in performing X-ray imaging procedures for patients.

Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout diagnostic imaging processes.

Support the radiology team with preparation, positioning, and equipment management.

Gain hands-on experience in clinical radiology and patient care protocols.
