TSB Communications is a Vancouver-based startup running multiple in-house projects spanning PropTech, healthcare, and gaming products.

Mainly working on:

1. Bella Virtual Staging — PropTech SaaS

2. Lab Online Booking System — Public Healthcare Platform

• Lead UX/UI design across multiple products and brands, driving end-to-end design from discovery to delivery.

• Mentor junior designers and streamline design operations; use AI tools for faster ideation and concept validation.

• Work closely with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams to align user insights with business goals and improve product cohesion.

(Major clients are: Bella Virtual Staging, LOB, Enjoi Innovation Tech, DS Jewellery E-commerce)

• Led UX development for a DEI(Diversity & Equity for Innovation) gamified consulting platform for employee training purposes. I managed project feasibility and facilitated UX Strategy workshops.

• Conducted research by applying methods such as desk research, competitor analysis, interviews, card sorting, etc.

• Developed storyboards, user flows, and wireframes, laying the design foundation for the startup’s product prototype. Helped attract significant investor interest and guided early-stage development.

• Design of AI/ML-powered cybersecurity web applications for anti-fraud, which brought in new customers and use cases after launch, generating millions in revenue.

• Contributed to products like Rules Management and Case Management, as well as features such as Aggregate Threshold, CMS Tenancy Management, and the ability to reopen closed cases or disable auto-assignment.

• The enhancements streamlined operational workflows for fraud analysts, improving user efficiency and reducing time spent on manual tasks.

• Contributed to the design system and translated complex risk rules into intuitive interaction patterns, helping land new customers and generate millions in revenue.

• Led the design of 3 cross-border A2A (account-to-account) payment API products for financial institutions.

• Developed design system from 0-1. collaborated closely with developers using React UI frameworks, making sure Figma designs, such as components, states, layouts and each naming, align with how the front-end is built

• Designed massive complex features like single/batch payments with document uploading, invoicing, request to pay, profile management, adding and editing senders and receivers, account management, etc.

• Collaborated closely with product managers to understand customer needs and worked with front-end developers to ensure high-quality design end-to-end development and execution.

• Conducted UX audits using Mixpannel and heat mapping tools to identify friction points, optimize conversion paths, and validate design decisions.
