• Implemented a high-performing async feature using Python, Celery, and RabbitMQ that achieved a 99% success rate in executing downstream actions after a plan change without any dropped, untracked or double-counted changes
• Released a React, Django and Stripe-powered self-service Tax ID tool that saw 2K hits in 5 weeks, enabling customers to effortlessly add their Tax ID to invoices for tax-related reporting, eliminating the need for associated support tickets
• Collaborated with the Sales Engineering team to improve their asynchronous infrastructure by optimizing their retry behavior, resulting in a 100% reduction of Sentry events received for connection failures to the Salesforce API
