• Engineered a real-time data synchronization system between NoSQL (by leveraging MongoDB Oplog) and SQL (PostgreSQL), ensuring seamless data transfer and integrity for critical application functionalities.
• Contributed to the platform's ability to accommodate a broad spectrum of investment products, including tokens, ETPs, single assets, and indices, by integrating functionalities such as in-kind and in-cash order management, along with pre-trade and post-trade analytical tools.
• Implemented comprehensive CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, significantly improving deployment frequency
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and DevOps, to advocate for a "Shift-left" testing approach, resulting in a notable reduction in production issues
• Advocated for the establishment of structured release management and release cycles, enhancing project predictability and stakeholder alignment by defining clear timelines and deliverable benchmarks.
• Acted as a key point of contact between the development team and senior management, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
