Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for Advertiser Experience, focused on building scalable platforms for agencies, enterprise advertisers, and partners. Scope spans AI/ML-driven personalization, Business Manager platform evolution, and onboarding, with a focus on reducing friction, increasing advertiser sophistication, and enabling multi-client, multi-org growth in close partnership with Sales, GTM, and Partnerships.
• Built 0→1 AI/ML personalization and recommendations platform, defining product strategy, success metrics, and governance; partnered across Engineering, ML, and Data Science to establish experimentation frameworks, model iteration loops, and scalable delivery.
• Driving transformation of Business Manager into a unified Business Suite, enabling agency and enterprise multi-account, multi-org, and multi-client workflows across agencies, partners, retail media networks (RMNs), and large advertisers; aligning platform capabilities to diverse sales motions and partner ecosystems.
• Own end-to-end advertiser onboarding and activation, reducing time-to-value and unlocking adoption of advanced ad products through tight alignment across Product, Sales, GTM, and Partnerships.
• Led enterprise identity and access strategy, delivering SSO integrations (e.g., Amazon, Okta) and scalable permissioning systems to support complex organizational structures and security requirements.
• Operate as cross-functional product leader across multiple engineering and ML teams, driving multi-quarter roadmaps and aligning execution across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and GTM to deliver platform-level impact.
