As a part of a dynamic and diverse Star design team, I contributed to a wide range of projects across various industries including health and wellness, IoT, and enterprise sectors. Through collaborative efforts and creative problem-solving, I played a crucial role in delivering innovative and user-centric design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participated in brainstorming sessions, offering valuable insights and ideas that contributed to the conceptualization of new projects.

• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals and user requirements.

• Led the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicated design intent.

• Conducted user research to understand user behaviors, needs, motivations, and pain points, which informed design decisions and resulted in enhanced user experiences.

• Presented design concepts to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback to refine the final product.

As a part of the US Product and Marketing team I was responsible for:

* improving existing UX and information architecture for US customers across the funnel

* researching, prototyping, and testing new features for the US market

* aligning and working closely with other departments to ensure UX consistency in new solutions

* collaborating with UX Researcher and UX Copywriter on user testing and interviews, summarizing information into actionable tasks to be developed and A/B tested further

* working closely with the team during designs sprints and workshops to improve and innovate our product

• Played leading role in creating a styleguide and style architecture for the Front-End codebase.

• Used my UX/UI development expertise to impact the design decisions which resulted in less friction for the end user.

• Frequently volunteered to bridge the communication gap between the design team and development team.

• Worked on accessibility improvements.

• Routinely made sure every component is responsive and consistent with brand identity.

• Worked on both legacy project (AngularJS, jQuery, Sass) and new multi-tenant system (ReactJS, Redux, Stylus).
